In-Store Purchases
All purchases made in-store at Xclusive Collection are considered FINAL SALE in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws for pre-owned goods.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
- Clients are encouraged to thoroughly inspect items before purchase.
- Our team is always available to answer questions prior to sale.
Special Cases: Shipped Orders
While Xclusive Collection does not operate an online store, certain in-store purchases may be arranged for shipment upon client request.
- Shipped orders are also FINAL SALE.
- No returns or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
- Exceptions apply only to authenticity or documented condition discrepancies.
Product Inspection & Responsibility
Every item is photographed, documented, and inspected prior to leaving our store. Responsibility for the item transfers to the client once it leaves our premises.
For shipped items, clients are advised to:
- Inspect packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
- Report transportation-related damage directly to the courier.
- Note that Xclusive Collection is not liable for shipping damage.
Refund Policy
Xclusive Collection follows a strict NO-REFUND policy across all sales channels, in alignment with UAE consumer protection guidelines and luxury resale standards.
